One hundred episodes?! Yes, we’ve been together every day for 100 days.
It sounds like a lot and yet it has gone by so fast. What do you think? Did you think you would make it this far? I hope you know what a big deal this is. I pray these 100 days have so habituated your routine that you can’t go a day without reading His word.
In an article called, How Your Habits Show and Shape Your Heart, by David Mathis, one paragraph in particular caught my eye. It says,
“When all is said and done, our hope is not to be a skilled Bible reader, practiced prayer, and faithful churchman, but to be the one who ‘understands and knows me, that I am the LORD who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth‘ (Jer. 9:23–24 ESV). So our heartbeat in the habits we develop for hearing every word, speaking every prayer, and participating in every act of fellowship is, ‘Let us know; let us press on to know the LORD’ (Hos. 6:3 ESV).”
This is my prayer for you.
Congratulations on your excellent accomplishment. I would love to hear your comments on Facebook, Instagram, and at Lifting Her Voice.
